Ok so starting in a bakery two weeks before Christmas was a bad idea! Last week was crazy at work I worked four 11 hour shifts and that is very hard when I haven't worked for over 2 years, but the money will be great! We went to Preston on Christmas Eve and stayed the night at Andy's mom's house and we got to do it again. We went there last year cause she lives by herself and it just makes it that much more fun for her. Thanks to a few of our friends that did Secret Santa for us we had an awsome Christmas, Jasmine got a ton of clothes which was great cause she doesn't seem to stop growing and she started the school year in a size 4 pants and is now wearing a size 6 but she is so skinny thank goodness for adjustable waists in little kids pants now. She didn't ask for very many toys so she got what she asked for ( barbie, little petshops and a my little pony) and Grandma and Grandpa Taylor got her a cabbage patch baby that she loves! We lost 2 of our stockings so we had to use our Santa hats for stockings and it was fun. We all got clothes which we needed, Jasmine bought me some new perfume and it was something I was out of so that was a suprise and it even smells good too!

Winter is here, and we've been having fun!

Well we have had some fun in the snow. Sunday we went to one of our relatives and took Andy's dad's fourwheeler and pulled the sled around untill we were all frozen. I have been working my butt off the last three days I have worked I have worked a 11 hour shift and the only day of this week that I have off is Christmas day, needless to say it is going to be a very long week! I guess that is what I get for working in a bakery! My dad's surgery went well, the doctors said that he should even be a little taller after healing!

Updates

I got a different job, it is closer to home and I only have to drive 10 minutes instead of 45 minutes to get to work. It is snowing like crazy out here! Our lives are very very stressfull right now, we don't have any money and haven't bought any Christmas presents so I am very stressed cause Jasmine keeps saying " But mom Santa will bring us something!" and how do you tell someone that innocent that it still costs money. I hope just a little thing will make her happy! I hope every one has a good holiday season! My dad is having surgery on his back Friday and my family is very worried about that, please pray for him!

I got a job, and we got a dog!

I started a new job, I'm going to be driving over to Logan every Tuesday and Thursday, which is scarey especially during this time of year. I'm excited though cause I can help out now and have a little extra money too! We got a dog! His name is Bear, and we are excited to have him. The poor dog is getting way to much attention from Jasmine, I have to tell her to leave him alone, but that is ok at least she has a buddy to play with!

1. I give in to Andy and Jasmine way to easy! I am the type of person that if there is confrentation I don't want to deal with it or I get very irritated!

2. My house is always a mess! I hate doing dishes so my sink is always full of dishes! I think having to do them by hand growing up made me hate it so much that unless we run out of utinsils I usually don't wash them, or unless I have company coming over!

3. I am addicted to the telivision, once I start watching something I can't pull myself away. I start off as soon as Jasmine gets on the bus and am still watching when she gets home. I usually don't even start getting ready for the day till 2:30-3:00p.m. which is bad but when we live in the middle of nowhere and no one ever comes to visit I figure what is the rush!

4. I have to sleep with a body pillow, since I got pregnant with Jasmine if I don't my back kills me and I don't get much sleep. Andy hates me for it cause I got him sleeping with one too, so when we leave and stay somewhere we always have to take them with us.

5. Unless I don't feel good I never leave the house till my hair is done and my makeup is done. I scare myself let alone someone I don't know seeing me without my face on and hair done.

6. When I drive I have to have the radio cranked up or I can't concentrate. If there is silence I get thinking about to many things.

7. I keep things to myself, I think that is why I am so stressed out all the time. I feel like I can't talk to Andy cause it just seems to go in one ear and out the other.

Andy's Trip

He finally got home, Sunday at about 1:00 a.m. and they were very wore out! They had a long trip, on Wednsday the truck that they took broke down and they had to drive for three hours back to a town that they could get it fixed. It was snowing and blowing so hard that it broke a sensor on the engine. The good thing about the trip was that Andy got a buck, and it is a pretty nice one. Today is his birthday and in two days is our 9th Anniversary, I can't belive we have been together that long! I swear that time flies even though it is like it was just yesterday that we met, I am glad I found him and am not still with Josh I think that if we had stayed together my life would be crazy and for all I know I would probably still be living with my parents, which I don't think I could handle that even though I love them more than ever! My life might not be the best but I am happy for the most part, I love Andy and am ready to stand by him through thick and thin all over again. I LOVE HIM MORE THAN ANYTHING!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY and ANNIVERSARY SWEETHEART!!!!

Friends!

I am very greatful for all the friends I have now and all my friends from home that I grew up with! You don't realize who has got your back when you are almost at whits end! I got my frustrations out and I love the fact that I have so many friends that really do care! It just reminds me who my friends were and are, and that I don't need to keep all my stress locked in!

Stressed!

So Andy left yesterday to go back to Montana hunting and isn't planning on coming home till next Tuesday, which means he isn't going to be home for his birthday! That is ok though cause I told him if he went that going was my present to him. To start the week off Jasmine threw up on the bus and I had to go get her from the school and on the way home she threw up again! I am very stressed about what is going to happen to the economy cause we are already struggleing and I can't seem to find a job to help out our situation. I can't afford to pay a babysitter and with Jasmine in school for only a half day I would have to have one! I just really need a break, I feel like I could just pull my hair out. To top off my stress, Andy tells me that he is planning on splitting away from his brother and starting his own buisness, which means that we get to basically start our lives over and I don't think I can handle that right now but I want to support him in what he feels is right to do. I'm not even sure we will be having a Christmas around here! OK so I got my venting out I feel a little better! Oh ya and our 9th Anniversary is on Wednsday!

The Pumpkin Walk

We went to the Pumpkin Walk in Logan with my mom, dad and Shane and Sayra. There were some cute themes and the kids had a blast. Jasmine was finally feeling better and actually was excited to get out of the house. Andy left Friday to go hunting in Montana and won't be back till Tuesday so we are home alone, but he took my friends husband with him so we are going to go have a sleep over at Tonya's. Jasmine is way excited, and can't wait to have her first sleep over with a friend!

My poor little girl!

So starting last Friday my poor baby started to get sick with a stomach ache and she has wound up with diarrhea every day since then. Well yesterday I took her to the doctor to see if there was something seriously wrong with her cause it has been 4 days that she has had the runs and I was feeling bad for her cause I know how I feel when I get that way. He told us that she just had a virus and it would pass and that she could go to school and she would be fine. So this morning I got her up and ready for school and she had gone to the bathroom twice, so I asked her if she thought she would be ok to go and she insisted that she go, so I sent her to school with a note telling her teacher that she had a sour stomach and to let her go to the bathroom when she needed to. I told Jasmine that I would go get her so that she didn't have to ride the bus home, cause it takes the bus an hour to get here after she gets out of school and I didn't want her to have an accident on the bus. I got to the school and she was sitting in the office, I felt bad cause Wednsday is usually early out and I thought I was way late, well I asked if I could go talk to her teacher and I did. Her teacher told me that she had sent Jasmine to the office an hour earlier and that they were suppose to call me, cause she wasn't feeling very good. Well they didn't call me or Andy and so Jasmine had been sitting at the office for an hour, oh that makes me mad. I guess she won't be going to school for the next few days at least untill I know she is better. The doctor told me that if she isn't feeling better by Friday that I need to take her back in, I hope that she doesn't have to go back, but she seems to just be getting worse. We don't have insurance so it costs an arm and a leg to just go to the doctor and we don't have the money for it, but if she needs it I can't just let her go sick. I just hope that she gets feeling better.

The weekend started by us getting all of our vegetables out of the garden, and all that fun stuff. Once we got all that done we decided that we would go up to Jerome with Andy's mom and go watch my niece's last volleyball tournament for the year. We had a really fun weekend and I got some cute pictures of my adorable niece Braelyn, and some fun ones of Jas and her cousins too! While we were up there Jas wound up getting sick with a very runny nose and a horrible cough, but no fever thank goodness. On Sunday we drove home on the snowy icy roads and that was a real joy, they had the freeway closed from Burley to Snowville so we took the back roads and they weren't cleaned off that well and we almost had a semi-truck run us over which was very scarey. Jasmine didn't go to school on Monday, but she was so sad cause they had a field trip planned for Wednsday and we told her that if she didn't get feeling better she couldn't go on the field trip. So she got a ton of rest on Monday and woke up Tuesday and was ready to go to school. So today I had told her teacher I would help with the field trip and I got to go with them. We went to the hospital, a pumpkin patch, to the Logan Fire Department, and to Willow Park for lunch. I only got pictures at the Fire Department and on the bus, we had fun and I'm just glad to have the day over especially after dealing with about 55 kindergarteners it was a crazy day!

So I went in and had my niece cut my hair yesterday and I took a chance and cut it so I can spike the back. I really wanted to cut it this way, and have for a long time so I took the chance. I was scared to do it cause my hair takes forever to grow out and I finally had it long enough to pull it all back in a ponytail, but I needed it trimmed and I took Heidi out for her birthday and she wanted to go get her hair cut and so we made a day out of it, it was fun.

The Joys of Gardening

She finally got to wear a dress to school.

So the joys of having our garden! Last week my mom and dad came over and we bottled beans and some stew, we have got over 30 quarts of beans just fom our garden alone and they are still growing like mad. We had to pull our corn up cause when we had the wind storm over Labor Day weekend it ruined the corn and pulled the roots up and it deformed the corn that was growing. Our carrots are huge, most of them are about the size of a baseball on the top but they are not very long, but we have a whole crap load of them and don't know what to do with all of them. We have gotten a ton of peas and suprisingly they are still growing, mom and dad's peas quit growing two weeks after they planted them. It has been so nice not having to run to the grocery store for veggies, and we will have stuff stored for the winter, now we just need Andy to get a elk to fill the freezer, then we will be set.

So to start the weekend off, I started getting everything ready to go and I thought to myself "I'm going to make Andy really happy, and hook up the trailer and have everything ready to go!" Well so I went out and hooked the trailer up for the first time, I call him and tell him that everything is hooked up and ready to go and he got a little worried cause he thinks I'm the worst driver in the world but I did it without hurting myself, the truck or the trailer. I was proud of myself! Andy got home showered and then we took off, on our way he is remembering all the things he forgot, and he blames me cause I hooked the trailer up and it messed his routine up. We made it through the weekend though! It rained so the only time they got to go out and hunt was Saturday morning really cause the road that they take got rained on hard and when it gets wet it is like driving on crisco so we got to hang out in the trailer most of the time.Getting ready to head up the hill.

Well Andy didn't get anything so I guess they have to go back up the last week of October, they said that they saw a bunch of elk but they couldn't get any to come within bow range. He said that it was still to warm for them to be rutting so that made it that much harder.

As for my weekend, we went up and spent time with mom and dad. Bottled some beans, and Saturday we had to go to my brother-in-law's father's funeral. We went down to Logan for that and then we went bargin shopping with mom cause we all know that is the only shopping mom does! I never sleep when I go stay up there, and it didn't help that I never heard from Andy till he was on his way home which scared me to death cause I didn't know if he made it up there or not. We survived the weekend though, and now another week has started. Fun times! We are headed up to Grace this weekend to help my brother-in law hunt so hopefully I will get some new pictures to post.

Labor Day Weekend and the 2nd Week of school.

We went camping over the weekend with my family and had a blast. We went up Cub River and camped, had the fourwheelers and motorcycles, mom had games for the kids and we had fun. I forgot the camera so I didn't get any pictures which makes me mad, but oh well. Sunday night it started raining and so most everyone went home, and Monday morning mom and dad went out to put their trailer down and they thought it would be dry enough, as soon as they started putting it down it just started pouring on them. By the time I realized they were out in the rain packing up I went out and dad was drenched his hat looked like it was a waterfall dripping over his face. We got them all loaded and off and we waited a few minutes and the rain stopped so we hurried to get loaded and left. We got home and all of our corn was laying flat on the ground I guess we had a really bad wind storm after the rain, but we got all our garden fixed and now I get to go out and really start picking all the veggies!


As for the second week of school it has been a chore! Both days this week when I have gone to put her on the bus for some reason she thinks she needs to cry and make me feel like a bad mom as soon as the bus shows up. She just has to be a little turd and I just want to cry, but I know if I do she would just be worse and I would have to take her into the school and then it would be worse for me. Hopefully she gets better and I won't have to worry about it.

Jasmine's First Day at School!

Ok so she started school today August 25, 2008! I thought that she would be all sad and not want to go, cause I was way sad and didn't want her to go. Nope I was wrong! We got up and I did her hair and she got dressed, she hadn't even brushed her teeth and she was standing at the door with her jacket and backpack on ready to leave! She was sooooo excited to get on the bus she completely forgot about giving me hugs and kisses and just climbed on the bus and took off! She is definately little miss independant!!! I 'm very proud of her and excited for this new journey that we get to experiance with her!

We are doing good, we just bought a home that everyone says we live in the middle of no-mans land but it has been nice out here! Our little princess is starting school in two weeks and it scares me to death, but I am way excited for her! It is starting into another huntin season and I'm going to become a hunters widow untill the end of the year. We have been married for nine years this November and still going strong! We are partners in a finish construction buisness with my husbands brother and have been doing that for the past 5 years we started just after I found out I was pregnant with our daughter.
